Guilty pleasure PC Games that will Warm your Heart
PC games of the 90’s prevail as some of the most nostalgic aspects of our youth. We’d race home from school to seek refuge in our rooms to play games ranging from Reader Rabbit to Age of Empire. Within a few keystrokes, RPGs, CD-ROMs, and MMO’s saved us from, what we thought was, the monotony of everyday life.
Nowadays, our obsession has turned to more complex, cutting-edge, and face-melting video games.
Still, we cannot deny these guilty pleasure PC games that still warm our hearts.
1. Age of Empires
Which civilization did you use to your advantage?

20. Harry Potter
Like the entire film franchise, this video game made our childhood.
21. World of Warcraft
Two words. Leeroy. Jenkins.
Probably the most useless but addicting game to have taken the Internet by storm.
All of these games led to aggressive keyboard typing, increases in MMO social skills (while secretly destroying all competition possible), excessive viruses from sketchy game downloads, and many hours of satisfying and unhealthy screen time.
Some of these games mentioned have developed immensely due to technological advancement. But hey, let’s not forget their humble beginnings that hooked us (regardless of their poor image quality). Go ahead gamer, go back and relive the most addicting, yet comforting games of our time.
